I upgraded the rear shock on mine and installed Race Tech straight rate springs at the same time.

Completely transformed the bike.

I guess I'm not real clear on the clevis mount part.  I see several on eBay with a red spring, is the clevis mount the two pronged mount that the long bolt goes all the way through?

Part was removed from a 2009 Yamaha YZF R6S.

Description of the one I am looking at.  Comes with the dog bone.

This is the exact same thing I'm concerned about. What exactly is the "Clevis" part? Do you need the actual Clevis or do you just need the lower bolt, spacer and nut?

I have the shock and it did not come with the Clevis or the nut, bolt, or spacer. I'm not exactly sure which parts to buy for the install. Do I need the full Clevis or just the bolt, nut, and spacer?

Okay I see what I need now.  It looks like from the ones I have seen those normally come with the 06/07 models and a lot of times not the others.
