saw the endo today GEEZ shes adolf hitler in drag. but VERY highly recommended. wasted -5 seconds in pointing out what i was doing wrong. i find out ive 4 blockages. point being go ahead and eat the feelgood foods but do so in moderation. then went to cardio, put me on a blood thinner ( plavix) then i knee scootered down road 1/4 mile to the stab lab. then had to hustle back to catch my ride. in 92f heat lol (blockages at 25%, 40% ,15%, and 70%. ) he said wed see how this does. try to delay stenting or bypassing as long as possible.

Friend of family had a heart/blood thing going on... He wanted thinners..doc took one look and said we doing it today!! He felt better even by next morning!

Each case is different of course..... But I hope you did ask why delay that stuff?

wanting to see if the meds will work first. the cold shills at 80f were weird. but most of time those subside. ( side effects) im tired of all of these meds lol.

the cold chills are okay. as long as i dont get spontaneous nosebleeds im good. between the plavix and the lipitor, the heart has a chance to form its own bypasses. he seemed confident, and his opinion mirrored that of the hosp cardio. id be willing to take chance.

I Found out it wasnt a definitive Myocardial infarction aka heart attack. but hosp. cardio said it was certainly acute angina. ALTHOUGH a heart attack could NOT be ruled out. the statin/lipitor is helping out to bring the GOOD cholesterol up.. the HDL. the bad aka LDL cholesterol never really was that far out of whack. my potassium was high. heck it was bouncing about.. Oh, i was able to locate another huffy  kids bike for $5. using 2 of the wheels  for the front. i cant use one of the other wheels since theve got an angle to them. brakes wont workk too well. but i can find a straight sidewall wire wheel for that. the weight savvings will help me out greatly. the plastic wheels were HEAVY. durable but heavy. structurally the project is almost finished. except for acquiring a straight walled rear wheel and the bicycle air horn i want. but in meantime, im taking it easy on my ticker until we figure out best plan of attack on it. the feelgood foods ive cut back on greatly. i.e. moderation.

 a potential crisis developing with the ankle. its moving where it shouldnt etc. i had to go pick up dinner along with a load more of gauze. i placed a call to ortho, and his nurse. she seemed a tad concerned. specially with my plavix wreaking a slight havoc. ( awaiting response) will photo the pitting edema . its safe for work.

The first one is under the cast sock. The EXACT spot where that It screw came through skin.

Type second one is the pitting edema on ankle and foot. Its swollen like it was when it was broken in August.
this shot was 10 minutes AFTER I made the test impression. Now am starting to get worried.

I have to go in the AM.  to have my leg examined. PLUS I CANT PEE. this may end up putting me in the hosp. i really DONT want to be cathed again. have a feeling ill need am beyond scared. since my fused ankle isnt fused anymore. 8<"(

Wasnt able to make the doc visit got violently ill, also the pitting edema has worsened. I've got a feeling ill end up up a monopod. Things that AREN'T supposed to be happening, ARE. Oh, I ordered a 115db AirZound airhorn for my knee scooter. Here's one of them in action

I examined both the anterior and posterior ( front and back) and i notice a DEFINATE angle again. another clue is my crow boot fits again. ill give them a yell monday  plus the bleeding along with fluid leakage. the angles would explain the significant almost severe pain. there WILL BE YET ANOTHER surgery. now whether its a major revision/repair OR it will be amputation. whichever way it happens im ready. i will post pics of the ankles. awaiting daylight for better light.

Got the pictures taken. ive tried to edit out the NSFWness. however this isnt possible. so what ive decided to do is to host via photobucket, and modify the url so it will contain the needed warning. will do this after a bit. going to try a bit more photochopping. may end up calling my ortho to figure out the next move. which probably will be the ER.

Just a thought but extended light or no use and your muscles (main/joint holding) may allow more joint movement than normal?

use is sposed to be minimal. ( no heel use) and basically for now, more of the same. ( keep elevated, use minimally)
