If I pull the handlebars towards sky, there's movement towards headlight/front fender by about half an inch. Is it normal?

I tried to check the hex bolts holding the handlebar, broke that aluminium cover but it was tight, so I didn't bother to break other

Thanks for your help.

Get Scared

Check the bolts holding the handle bar plate the to top triple.
Turn the handle bars to full lock one way or the other an look under the top triple. Should be a bolt sticking out to get to the top of it u have to pull the handle bars off. There is one on each side.
Hope that helps

Thanks, are you talking about the one at the top of forks and right below top triple tree? So more like clamps holding the forks?

That's normal, there's a rubber bushing in the top triple, to minimize the engine vibrations in handlebars.

When you remove the handlebar, you should see the bolts that are actualy keeping everything on top of the triple.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes.
A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production.
