its weird, the finAlity is setting in. in 36 hours i will be a monopod. my goal is eventially with a prosthesis, to rride a moto again. a gs preferrably. normally wsithout converting to trike. sounds weird, but im looking forward to it. to being mostly or almost pain free ( after recovery ) 1st step is grab a set of toe clips from amazon or walmart and relearn how to ride my bicycle.

been a monopod since middday monday. will post pic (the CLEAN pic) i..e. with jammy bottoms on. may have to get it worked on again if it springs another seroma (blood pooling underneath the skin. i had to have a babysitter lol because i kept trying to get up. that sh*t was painful. i need to save funds to purchase a big butt seat ( a BBS lol) so i can use my scooter from a seated position. ohhh and mr foley had to visit, along with his catheter. when they said that, i asked if i could pick the nurse to do it. they agreed. so i chose that gorgeous filipina we had on staff. been flirting hard with her lol. to beat all she didnt seem to mind.

ive fallen twice at home. (both today) 3x at hosp. hence the need for a "baby sitter" mr foley and his catheter came calling. i asked if i could pick the nurse who pput it in they said sure np. so i chose patricia a 5'5" 115lb filipina i thought i was dirty minded. she said behave aaron, ill have your di*k in my hands, i could cause yoj all sorts of grief. i asked her to grab a washcloth so i could use as a bite block. anyhoo zhe got it in quickly, i blurted out " whoa heh i love you" she blushed lol. this phantom limb pain im dealing with now. oh funny thing was they caught me standing in the buff, ( with gown on) they said "why are you standing? NO ! i blurted i um uh cant find my pants, or my underwear. plus i got to pee BAD. they said " umm lol 1 your wearing a hosp gown, and 2  youve got a catheter. ( they had to tell me 5 or 6 times i had a catheter. lol. anyhoo they want me to enter a physical rehap centre until the stump heals. idk, but it might be a good idea. anyhoo more to come.

goin in tuesday for followup. its bleeding from that seroma. i SHOULD have told doc i use scooter from a seated position. he freaked out lol.

Going in for follow-up Tuesday. Its been bleeding, still is. Its soaked through the padding. Of it goes through the ace bandage ill.  Go to Er. Btw found some battery operated Christmas lights. 7 dollars got these and 3 other strands. Right now live got 2 red, 1 blue, and 1 white mounted. I've 2 whites and 1 red left over. May use those on my Christmas hat. Anyhow here's a pic. Will take another tomorrow during day, minimizing glare.

got results from pathology @ docs yesterday. there WAS an infection in the bone before the amputation. anyhoo the amputation SHOULD have removed all of the infection as is. have only fallen 2 times since monday. ordered a bicycle seatpost saturday At cedar bluff cycles. will attach my BBS ( big butt seat) to it. to complete my conversion of the kneewalker/s so i can use either one from a seated position. will update.

while checking different styles of prosthesis, i happened upon a socket cup upon which its owner put " i do my own stunts" upon another one its owner put " 1 foot in the grave lol"

update : i pick up my prosthetic limb tomorrow at 1pm. hopefully soon thereafter im able to get my paws on a set of legos to cover its frame.
