Any Recommended handle bar grips? I bought my GS a couple months ago as a play bike, since I had to remove the old ignition and correctly install the newer one I replaced the 2 piece handlebar bridge with a single with cruiser style handle bar. I was hoping to see if anyone has any recommendations for thicker grips. I would love to find some that have the same or close diameter to my softail grips. Any help would be awesome.

I've got Progrip 716s on my bike. They're way more comfortable than the stock ones. Plenty of grip, too. Progrip has many styles to choose from - some come in colors that match or accent your bike's color.

There are two similar types of neoprene grips that slip over the standard grip, one is called 'grip puppies' and the other is called 'pussygrips'. The increased diameter is more comfortable and they provide a nice surface, however they did not provide adequate insulation. I'm looking at some sort of gel solution.

Yes, grip puppies are definitely larger than the stuff that usually comes on the metric bikes. My first bike came with them (PO put them on). Took 'em off. Too large for my liking, even though I've got "XL glove" sized hands. The_fng, if you like large grips, these are probably just what you're looking for.

I have the ProGrip 719s in the blue/black color. Love them. They're much softer and more comfortable than the stock grips, plus the blue looks pretty sweet I think.
