My first small fall, an awful marsupial, and a janky fix with a spoon.

I got to ride today!!!!!! Whoop whoop!

Put the bars on this morning (and accidentally sat on the thing that sticks up and out from the foot peg and gave myself a big 'ol bruise), and got to actually ride around a bit! Was super busy so no fun roads yet, but I'll hit the twisties in the next few days and just ride.

Loving the new bars, my old ones were dirt bike bars so these are a bit of getting used to but very very confidence inspiring and comfortable. Here's a pic of the bike and one of me on the bike when I got really excited about it and took a selfie (Don't worry, I would never in a million years ride like this).

Glad you got it back on the road, and glad you're liking the bars!

See, sometimes breaking something is good, in the end.

Awesome!!! Black bars were a great choice for your bike :thumb: I agree totally with how comfy they are!

I started a bike-selfie thread a few months ago... I'll have to bump it to see if anyone wants to keep adding to it. I'm sure Watcher will take one and share it since he has new wheels now :icon_mrgreen:
