I'm really  sorry everybody.  I replaced my phone a while back when I lost my old phone, which had all my pics of the gs5. But I will give y'all a mental image.

When I first bought my bike I was pretty broke. I found my bike on Craigslist priced really cheap and after seeing it in person, I was able to lower the price even more. Mechanically wise, the idle and take off was really rough. I originally thought it had something to do with the carbs since the previous owner had it sitting for a while. After it got going it ran ok. Cosmetics were horrible.  Fairings were broken all around. It had big cracks, scraps, etc. It has been spray painted with dollar can spray courtesy of the previous owner.  It was a sad mess that has seen better days. Tires were dry and cracked, forks leaking oil, engine leaking oil (due to being overfilled), and to top it off, a broken mirrors.  It was imprisoned in it's own sadness. I brought it back from the coma it had been placed in. It was barely breathing with a weak pulse. I gave it new fluids, new spark plugs, tires, handlebars, paint, seat, fork seals, etc. Obviously everything was done slowly over months and months.  My dad really helped me out in the entire process,  including fixing the mechanical issues. So I slowly nourished my bike back to life. And we've been in love ever since. We understand each other.

That actually sounds like a badass idea. I don't think a GS5 vs. ZX6R review is very common.  So it would be cool to give a completely honest and sincere review and comparison on both motorcycles. Even though the ZX6R is a supersport, it definitely does not have the advantage in every aspect. I'm going to get a bit more riding hours on the ZX6R before I do the comparison. So, y'all stay tuned for my completely honest and unbiased review and comparison on these 2 great bikes.  Thanks

Hey everybody,  so a little about my new bike. It is in overall very good condition.  Minus the chain being worn out and a few other small things.  So I ordered a new set front and rear sprockets with an oring chain. I also ordered a cowl cover, a new front brake fluid reservoir, a repair and service Manuel,  and a rear spool stand.

I havnt been riding since the chain was worn out, and I didn't want to use it like that. But one huge difference from just sitting on the zx6r vs sitting on the gs5 is the seat height, the posture, and the overall width.

The zx6r 636 sits much higher than the gs5. Plus the stiffer suspension of the 636 adds to the bike staining high. I'm 5'11" and I'm tippy toeing . When on my old gs5, I was completely flat footing the ground. The posture is way aggressive on the 636 and the bike is so wide. Especially with the cage . I'm just so used to my old gs5. It honestly seems so weird to be on the zx6r.  But it's definitely a good weird .
