Oh, and re: turn signal switch compatibility: if you have aftermarket bars, you'll either need to drill a small hole into the bars to accommodate the little tab on the left hand control assembly or you will need to file that tab down so the assembly sits flush with the bar (which is what I did when I replaced my bars). However, doing the latter risks the assembly being able to twist freely around the bar, but I haven't had that issue. If you end up with that issue, one thing you can do is to wrap the section of the bar where the left hand control will be in a layer or two of electrical tape. This will give the assembly a much more firm grip on the bar and it will be much less prone to slipping.

Ohhh I remember when I first got my GS and started lurking on the forum. Was just talking with another forum member about this the other day! That search function had me frustrated for a bit... I finally started opening threads I wanted to look at in a different tab/window so I could go back to the search results... cuz hitting the back button doesn't take ya back to the results! Now granted this is all from the viewpoint of a computer because I don't have a smart phone but it certainly can be a bit funny 'til ya get used to it... sometimes ya really do have to search and dig and search again and have some beer or coffee or snacks and put your feet up while searching for something haha

Regarding searching, you can actually use google to search this site easier than using the built-in search. Just type whatever you want to search for into Google, but add "site:gstwins.com" at the end.
