Um... not to detract from your 65mph kneecow creation but at any point in time did you consider...
..."brakes"?

Perhaps I can interest you in a drag-chute?

will  upgrade the pads on the vbrake assy. after first text. (no speed run.) tbh considering not even doing such a crazy thing. seems rather foolish.

A speed run.
I like the sound of that.
You could use the GPS function of your cell phone to check top speed!
Bicycle speedometers are pretty cheap and most can be calibrated to any wheel size. <thumbs-up>

I think just careful motivation as a starting point will be a win at this stage  :thumb: :thumb:

Bicycle speedo FTW for sure though, they're a dime a dozen out of China too I believe.

Ya' see Yama, Watcher knows where your headed by putting a 38cc widow-maker engine on your knee scooter.
I give you credit taking the handicap issue to a whole nother level. <grinning>

You gonna' mount a fire extinguisher someplace on that thing???

theres aa reason  why NOBODY makes a 3 wheeled atv anymore. theyre dangerous. but i still think this could be marketed. somehow. perhaps as a kit. ;)

"38cc widow-maker engine"
Yup!   It's called "Small Power" and it can get you into trouble fast!

Not to brag but... my PUCH moped <see avatar> has a 49.9cc engine and she once broke 34 MPH.
Now mind you I was riding naked, in a 'tuck' with a slight tail wind but hey, 34MPH is 34MPH.  :whisper:

In a tuck? You shoulda done the Rollie Free style ride, you woulda got another 1 or 2mph for sure!

And if you were naked... a funnel in the rear end and some chile beans forehand would've meant extra jet propulsion  :thumb: :thumb:

parts arrived yay ! just 1 problem says 8mm but they sent 4mm diameter rod. :technical: may try to sleeve it down so it would work. otherwise its a delay of sending it back and awaiting the large stuff.
Aaron
correction it was 4/16" or if my conversion is correct, 6.35mm. i COULD sleeve this down to work i.e. a sleeve for the wheel  (8mm od to 6.3mm ) thinking this over. seller will be made aware of this regardless. if i go thru the hassle of exchange, thinking a week out, plus a week in, plus time inbetween :technical:

Amazon moron box packer sent garbage instead of proper parts. <bang head>

Now project is delayed yet again. <bang head even more!>

Plenty of 8mm threaded rod listings on Amazon but the lead-times are atrocious! Like over a month wait for "in-stock" items? Your kidding, right? I could swim from China faster!
Plus you cant trust em' to send the right hardware anyway. <this stinks>
