considering this. just width at hub can be no wider than 68.56 perhaps 68.6mm. have a feeling will  have to cross this bridge eventually. or have a stash of these wheels on hand.

Yeah it's pretty small, no idea how narrow bicycle hubs are but thinking more on it maybe not that small...

found a few pitbike rims which looked doable. inquiring as to hub width from sellers.  it  just  may not be. unless i either lace up a set myself, or get in good with someone with access to a cnc machine lol. (not likely).

dad gave me an idea. which ill checkk into. that idea is dolly wheels. really only requirement is a 12mm axle. even  that i can change if need be. if i cant go metal, another idea which i mentioned before was metal rings and somehow epoxy those to wheels. if thats a no go, i stock up on a few spare plastics. as of now i pjt front wheel on back  and back on front. ive got one other front wheel if or when the need arises.

That could do it, and if you can't find a wheel you can put a disc brake on, perhaps you could make some sort of hub that would mount on the end of the axle that will take a disc and do it that way? I dunno...

end of axle wont work since it doesnt move. will figure this out one way or the other. :)

if i go disc conversion, i could tap end of spindle, then build disc mount with a pin also going into it.  somehow welding a goped caliper mount onto frame where engine sits. this COULD HAppen. btw got training wheel mounted. had to notch one of the rear braces. which im not really concerned about since its a low pressure pulling weight vs a pushing weight. only thing left is brake pads and grips. and its in a sense...done. speaking of gs500s ive got back tire sitting on my last GS' battery. its holding the cow up so i can get to everything easier..

Had to notch support to mount the training wheel. There's about a half inch clearance between top of wheel and engine guard. Not shown here.

Grips and pads installed. If dry tomorrow will ride. But with better camera mounting. Going to try near the bottom. May also mount the kneeboard and try it.

Now its time except for the drag chute and lighting, its time to consider moving forward with project cub.

Ended up mounting camera on top again. But made a thick insulator mount . should minimize vibrations.

will have to consider bottom mount. vibes even with rubber strip, still  significant. you will see when i get it uploaded at some point tomorrow. also need to consider a different type clutch. getting alot of slippage with this one. will also have to find a suitable metal wheel or change rear fork with help of a welder.  or can avoid steep hill descents in short term.

or perhaps metal discs with cetre cut out to clear hub and bolt to plastic wheel. btw clutch update, after adjustment at  drive it appears to be good. may obtain another one as a spare, so im never down due to driveline issues.  anyhoo its physically complete. (except for metal wheel idea. may just build one. i do know how. provided i cann find a narrow enough hub.)

either i build a wheel or if i can find someone with access to a cnc machine, have them cut me 2 12" discs  with a hole in centre to clear hub. and 110 holes for SHORT bolts to clamp them to wheel. i.e. metal discs. and each disc is 1mm in thickness. may check into a machine shop locally. see whT they could price this for if church engi cant do. check prices if i furnish material or they do.

Just figured something out. If I can find saw blades greater than 12" those would work used dull ones especially. A tad thicker than what is want but they'd work.
Lol my wish list since the delta airzound sprung a leak. Going to try to repair it but set it aside to power a whoopee cushion.
But fount this.

Called hornet. 140db the airzound was 115 plus I can mount horn down low so I don't deafen myself as much.
I mentioned sawblades. I could file the teeth to smoothness. Thus could work IF I could find a couple worn out ones.
