Handlebar problem

Bought this handlebar and the as you can see  in the photo its touching...can i cut the tip off of whats in the way? Only like 50mm

That is an aftermarket preload adjuster. Have you set the preload on your forks? That might give you the clearance you need. Or you can slide the forks down in the triple clamps a little bit too.

Thanks!!! And how do i adjust it? Suspension is a bit soft at the moment 👌

The preload adjuster is for setting ride height. if the suspension is "soft" you need stiffer springs. Either cut or replace.

Nothing stopping you from dropping the fork leg down. The top aluminium bit does NOT clamp the forks in any way. I have removed mine completely. Lowering the forks down enough to clear the bottom of the  bars is not going to effect anything noticeably.
Or you can get a set of aftermarket clamps the right bolt hole spacing and use the top clamp us side down with the stock top clamp and longer bolts.

Hi! So, have you figured out how to solve the collision issue? I will be doing the same change in a few weeks, so it would be great to receive an advice... As you can see my adjusters are "taller" than yours, so it will surely touch the handlebar.
