Hello,
I have gs500 2002 32kw and I need replace my damagedd connecting rod, but there is old version with code 12160-44100 and new with code 12160-44101
Please anyone know difference between this two versions and where I  can found what version I have ?

You need a new motor, con rod isn't like replacing a light bulb. A whole rebuild with likely cyl sleeves will be needed, and a motor is cheaper, by maybe 3 fold, and not to mention usually rebuilds are filled with screw up's. As well as parts you can no longer get or parts that were never available.
Cool.

Thanks for answer - I am making rebuild and found that.
Next engine - I must say no, because new engine is 500-600 EUR and I want to sell the bike for around 1000-1200 EUR - in this September.
Change anything moving part in engine is only about weight and correct tolerance, so I will balance the crankshaft and make the same weight left and right connecting rod with the piston weight.

OK fine usually in the US a new motor is 300 and a rebuild is 1000+
