SOLS my long term updating/lightening project.
Price: $1800 neg. but be sensible. ( the price is not much more than what I paid for a completely stuffed, though straight, chassis)

Details on this forum. http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=70598.0

Bike is in Bundaberg , but I can deliver Brisbane to Rockhampton.

Nominally 2005( see text)
63000km ( again see text)
My project bike is up for sale. Bought as a poorly maintained cheapie and have fixed and modded everything. Project was to lighten and update the old design. Very little of the bike has done 63000 or is from 2005.
The motor was already if the bike when I bought it and is from a 2011 bike. The bike was registered with this motor and I checked it can be registered with it.
Replaced with new parts new stock parts or later stock parts:
All wheel bearings, Swing arm bearings, Steering Head bearings, Rear taillight, Fairing screen, handlebar clamps, handlebars, Front sprocket, rear sprocket, new chain, rear brake disc, Rear barke caliper, Sprocket carrier shockabsorbers,  Headlight bulb ( LED), Taillights and blinkers ( LED), Crabs,  Airfilter ( K&N lunch box or also stock airbox and GS1400 cleanable air filter),  Spark plugs, Oil filter, Fuel cap, New brake pads front and back, new oil (synth),  newe brake fluid,
Engine is a 2011 GS500F motor that had done less than 20000km,

Added or changed:
All wheel spacers including internal ones are now turned Aluminium instead of steel, Rear mudguard is now carbon fibre, Carbon fibre battery box, Shorai LiFePO4 battery, Front fork brace is Aluminium sandwich/carbon fibre composite, Footpegs, foot plates and rear brake is aluminium , Heel plates are carbon fibre, Hel blue brake lines, Electronic Acewell speedo/tacho,  Simplified fuel lines ( no reserve),  Rear brake stay has been modded to take a 150 tyre,  Tyres are Fr 120/60-17 S21 Bridgestone, Rear 150/60 -17 S21 Bridgestone both close to new,  Track stand mounts on the rear swingarm,  Aluminium chain adjusters and axle carrier, Exhaust is lighter and modded to flow better.
Front suspension has new heavier rate springs , Gold valves, lighter spring spacers.
Rear has Ninja 650 rear shock

All the original stuff comes  with the bike.
I was building it up for my girlfriend who has been riding for years but lost confidence and can't ride anymore. Project is just about finished so I want to move to a new one.
