Head light repair???

After my little initiation in the lay down club the other evening, I am assessing the damage.

Other than the housing for the gauges, the head light is a little out of wack. Basically the tab that holds the horizontal adjustment screw (See Photo) is bent down causing the screw to stick out.

Can any one provide a photo of what that tab looks like in an unmangled state?

It looks normal in the photo to me.

Sorry - I missed the "photo request".

Here is what my '99 looks like.  (NOTE: My headlight assembly and gauge cluster were replaced by the shop after my -- dare I mention it? -- "cow collision".  But I have no reason to think that they used anything other than the appropriate OEM parts.  :dunno: )
