Just bought a really (REALLY) shitty GS.
It's previous owner was probably on crack when he tried to "customize" it.
Later it went to another guy who gave up on trying to save it.
Tomorrow I'll pick it up and post photos here.
I'm actually amazed on how people could f%$k up this bike so badly.
Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum!

Always gotta wonder why people do what they do  :cookoo:

Can't wait for pics and I'm very happy that GS found a good home finally. Good luck has been wished!

PS... I've got a '98 too :icon_mrgreen:
Please tell me yours is a black one and not an Aztec Orange one !! (The orange is pretty rare and I hate seeing them get destroyed).
Superbike bars, '04 GSXR headlight & cowl, DRZ signals, 1/2" fork brace, 'Busa fender, stainless exhaust & brake lines, belly pan, LED dash & brake bulbs, 140/80 rear hoop, F tail lens, SV650 shock, Bandit400 hugger, aluminum heel guards & pegs, fork preload adjusters, .75 SonicSprings, heated grips

Welcome to the S-Box club!

Ill await judgement pending some photos.

Mine has to a top contender for the worst subtle S-Box.... didn't look too bad... until you get to working on it.
