Hi everyone. I had charging issues with bike so I replaced the battery regulator rectifier and stator and it is still the same. I'm getting at idle 12.35 . 😕👎🥴🤔 Shouldn't be around 13.5 and above. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on what's going on.

Have you measured the AC output of the alternator's three wires? If you name the three wires A, B & C, measure A-B, A-C and B-C. They should read very close to the same value at similar revs.

That is normal at idle. The voltage is checked at the battery terminals with the engine at around 5000 rpm and should be 14 volts.

That means about 18VAC at around 1200 RPM, which is normal. Were they identical voltages?

Anyway, it seems that the alternator is working fine - which confirms your suspicion that the R/R has a problem.
