I could find that DRZ400 and BMW F650GS share few same parts.
Where I'm from is hard to get the right parts so this will help me ask around for different models as GS500 is pretty rare here.
I would like to change the main to 127.5, pilot mixture screw with longer one which can be adjusted by hand and replace the diaphragms with the needles if it happen to find spares.

Some of the parts in these carbs are universal. The pilot and main jets are the same as many other Mikuni carbs. In my country (USA), I can get knockoff Mikuni jets that usually work perfectly. I buy them on Amazon.

The diaphragms on the top of the slides are Suzuki specific parts. You'll have to find a Suzuki dealer or maybe someone who can ship them to you.

The o-rings on the jets are universal parts. I don't remember the exact sizes, but I have kit with common metric o-rings in it. I used some of them from the kit and they're working fine for over a year. I think it's something like 5mm inner diameter x 1mm section width.

Carb bowl gaskets are the same as Yamaha 250/350 raptor carbs and a lot of other models:

 Yamaha Raptor 125, 250, 350, 660. Grizzly 350, 450. Big bear 250, Rhino 450

Yamaha number part:
5DM-14561-00-00

Also read that BMW 650 1 cylinder uses the same carb
