Does any GS500 side/ rear fairing fit? I have a 1990 GS500E and the only replacement fairings I could find at a reasonable price comes from a 04-09 SUZUKI GS 500 F. I'm assuming the seats are all the same size if OEM.

I dont think so , I recently purchased for my 03 and the older ones seemed different.

The tank, seat and tail plastics all changed shape in 2001 (and stayed that way). More info in the wiki here:
