Need some help people. Bike started. went on a small journey. no problem. Then come to start the bike again. no power to starter motor. Then i pulled the wires which goes from the starter switch control while holding the starter button down and the bike started.

Came home and same thing happened again. This time i opened the headlight to check all connection and all seemed ok. this time I nudged the cable. Not from kill switch end but from the end which goes into the head light unit while holding the starter and bike fires up. new battery also installed.

so every time i start the bike i have to pull the wire loom towards the head light

Checked for any wires. only ones i saw were some scoth locks which were conected to the side light. Which have removed. These havent been insulated. Could this be causing the start problem. Also disconnected and reconnected the green mono block. still same problem.

My theory is. could be a lose wire or somthing is short circuiting. in the headlight unit. its headlight unit from ledperf. so not much room behind it.

help please

pic below is what i tug on for the bike to start. i dont think its a problem from the top end

You already have discovered some problems.
Disassemble the plastic connector, each tab is detachable(Flat crimp connectors), the connector is an arrangement of flat crimped connector, then remove th outer sheet(the one you are squeezing),sometimes that loom gets caught some where and the inside wires break or short circuit.
Same for the starter connectors  on the crankcase.
