Going through New Hampshire, I saw a cruiser rider, only wearing shorts and sneakers, otherwise half naked on the road, and oh yeah, talking on a cellphone while holding it with his clutch hand. Live free AND/OR die !  

i dont know, ive been told about a sighting of this guy here in nevada that reads magazines while riding and steers with his feet
