« on: February 29, 2012, 03:31:52 AM »
Fork Brace with sst fasteners, $40 shipped, Cover $45 shipped. Use oem fasteners for cover. USPS priority delivery confirmation to lower 48 for listed price. I have 4 covers and 5 fork braces. Brace is not engraved, will engrave "S" for no extra charge.

does the cover still accept the metal "suzuki" stickers that go on the stock part?

Does the brace replace or supplement the oem and does  it offer a noticeable improvement? Yes, if I didn't need a chain I'll be all over that brace regardless of those answers - it's shiny :thumb:.

The cover is close to the stock shape except thicker billet aluminum. I have never had anyone try to put the stock stick-on pc. to it. I do not think it will fit. I would consider machining the "S" for extra charge. Check my pictures for what I have done.

The fork brace is a replacement part. Billet alum. 1/2 inch thick with new stainless steel fasteners.

update  :woohoo:
3 covers and 7 fork braces in stock

I forget who in the board I bought this one from.
I like things with a little style rather than just plain.

Cool! Being a parts whore, I sometimes forget where things came from, where they went and who has dibs on certain parts  :cookoo:

What choices are there for covers with an "S"?

Last two covers have the "S" like these, $58 shipped lower 48. no paint, you can paint or send out for paint. They are not polished, raw billet aluminum. Same finish as first post. I still have fork braces. $40 plain or engraved shipped lower 48.

I also bought one of Chuck's fork braces.
It is gorgeous and completely surpassed my expectations.
Buy from him with no worries.
Best wishes,

Wow those are pretty.

If they're still available in a few weeks when i finish up the basic mechanicals, i'll have to pick some up.

Any of these still available? I'm thinking primarily the fork brace with engraved "S", but might be persuaded into the side cover with "S" as well if they are available.
