ANY GS Rider in the Bristol, PA Area?

There's a website called tricktape.com that sells, obviously bike parts.  I have spoken to the owner and he's pretty cool, his name is Shawn.

I know its almost impossible right now to find a slip on that fits the '04 and most of us are mechanically uninclined.

I discussed with him the possibility of maybe fabricating some sort of slip on for the '04 versions of the gs.  If you are near this store or area, let him know.  People with '04's might get a chance to finally have a decent slip on customized exhaust.   I believe this could be just one of those one time deal so if anyone is interested,  post here.  They ship all over and even canada.  

He makes a little bit of money and our bikes get a new exhaust.

I'm not saying you don't have a good idea, its always good to have more options... but most on this board IMO are VERY mechanically inclined (Srinath for example that makes a slip-on) and many on this board already have slip-ons (including me).  So its not impossible.   :dunno:

there's a reason i said most..and not all.  i'm happy for you that you're not like us i suppose  :dunno:  - hopefully you read the entire posting.  i was specifically referring to the '04 GS.  I am quite aware of the exhausts available for the "naked" gs.

i'm sure there's a select few in here that can do good if they had the tools.  right now there aren't any exhaust ssystems/slip ons that would "fit" a gs '04.  but if you have a better idea please post.  helps everyone on the long run.

If a cobra will fit an '01, it should fit an '04.  The F1r 's kind of a universal fit.
With how the gs's are selling, i'm sure some manufacturer will start producing an exhaust soon.

i live in North East PA aka the poconos, but i cant ride right now cuz i got a broken hand but i do have an 04 gs its the one wit the pics i recently posted. just give me info and i can see if i can do anything

chinox22x, i'm definately interested. i have a 01 gs though. would you have to bring the bike in?

btw, cobra cans are ugly.
