I rejetted my 2002 GS today w/ a factory pro kit.  I went 127.5 on the main and mid jets and 22.5 on the pilots (the 2001+ GS's have mid jets).  The bike runs friggin' great! But when I choke in in idle it dies.  Before I rejetted the bike this never happened? Should I worry about it.  To make for sense, when I adjust the choke to warm up the bike it ALWAYS dies when pulling the choke any more than 1/2 way.

*I think* you should need little to no choke after you the start a rejetted bike.  That is one of the plusses of rejetting.  But I'll let an expert confirm that

127.5 on the main sounds right - 127.5 on the mid-main is WAY too rich.  22.5 on the pilot is also too rich - thus when you put on the choke (which is actually another enriching jet) it goes so rich it dies.  drop down to a #20 on the pilot - re-check what you put in the mid-main - should be somewhere around 65 I believe.
