ok so I would love to ride with bikers here in Richmond, but I find myself riding with more cruisers than sport bikes, and I think the main reason is, alot of sport bike riders have bad additudes like they own the road or some mess like that. I mean I always pass some real nice guys that always give me the wave but the guys that actually meet up at places at night seem like dicks. I always ride by them and blast my little GS :) and they always stop talking and just stare at me as I pass them. I mean what is there deal anyways. to me a biker is a biker and cool in my book, unless they are riding a moped or scooter they dont count cause most of the wierd kids at college ride them.

Around here it's pretty much the same thing. The only biker groups I've seen that ride like they've got respect for the road and everyone else are BMW riders and touring riders. Groups of Harley riders are usually pretty friendly around here too.

I suppose 80% of bikers, just like any other cross section of society are "OK" types, about 15% are AH and the remaining five are the sort of people you need as lifelong freinds.

The equation may vary slightly but as a general rule in life it seems about right.

When it comes to riding this-that-and-the-other I think there are few enough of us we don't want to start discriminating. I nod to everyone, if they don't, well nothing lost. We have a local bikers club, I'm not a member but it seems to have a good cross section of bikes judging by the decals I see around.

In Cricket the testicular guard, or Box, was introduced in 1874. The helmet was introduced in 1974. Is there a message??
