I'd say a steel plate would be a much better idea than some screws, one of the screws could get caught up for a split second in a tiny hole and mess up your balance, but personally I wouldn't try the steel plate either lol.

Alpinestars makes boots with metal plates on the bottom of them.

QuoteOne screw came off of one shoe and 6 came off of the other.

Wow!  That's Great!  Now there are 7 potential flat tires out there!    :thumb:

This is an accident waiting to happen, either you or someone else you inadvertently cause to crash with your sparks or flying screws.

I hope you won't become a speed bump

I don't ever plan on attempting tricks or anything.
Not to say I would ever do that (still noobie, and would't want to trash my new bike) but does anyone know a place that sells clipons of that sort?

Quote from: Budrick320Well today I had to try something. So I managed to find some screws and screw about 9 of one kind in the heel and 4 of another in the other heel. To compare.
Well it worked! It was cool. I didn't stand on the side of the bike like in the movie, I just put my heels down while riding.

Hmmmm.... I don't ever plan on laughing at you....

I tried the sparklers, it was cool.  I was right next to a riced civic and I lit them up.  But since I was a little gassy I got the added efect of a turbo boost off the line      .

Next I'll get build little wings on my F and mount many big bottle rockets and the next time i am riding through town and something hops out in front of me like a car, pedestrian, small animal I will unlease a barrage of mini missles.....

But really I don't want to be a speedbump so I will stick to plain old ordinary riding. :thumb:

I'd consider that a good thing. That song is one that never gets old. As opposed to Mickey, Walking On Sunshine, etc.

I saw this guy on TV sticking rocks in his bum.  Not that I'd ever try something like, I'm still a noob, I wouldn't want to wreck my new colon.  But would anyone know where to get some rocks that could be stuck in my bum?

theres got to be something cooler though maybe once the rocks are in your bum you could hop off the back, grab the tail section and sit on the road.  You never know what kind of sparks a rock might make
