If you don't have the retrofit CF 01+ tank for the Pre 01 GS, do you have a pre 01 GS tank in CF??  I for sure want the CF panels (the ones that would fit the stock seats.)  do you ahve those ready??

Just a heads up, I'll be buying a retrofit kit in clearcoated CF for my '00 when you get 'em done.  New style tank, and new style race or solo tail.

Full CF tank?  Do you epoxy in the mounting nuts and petcock valve?  Does the gas eat away at the resin?  I can't wrap my head around this.

I picked up the molds from James yesterday. I will need a couple weeks to get comfortable with the molding process before I have sellable parts available. I will post a list of current molds later as I still need to sort through all the stuff I got.

i think it mmight help a little. cause i have a 90 so at this point i have NO clue what options i have, so i have to ask.  but with a chart . i would know so the first step would be cut out and the post would flow a little more. but
it is just an idea maby i am the only one confused.

All of these parts can be made from carbon fiber, carbon/kevlar or fiberglass. I only have carbon fiber and very limited carbon/kevlar (blue) at this time. Really need the c/k for reinforcements in certain parts. Eventually I will have fiberglass and more kevlar color options.

Prices listed do not include shipping. Shipping in the continental USA via FedEx Ground. All other overseas and international via USPS. Insurance is included.

The 01+ race tail is ready to pull a mold from. Planning on next week with a part to follow.

Still working on the lower for the full fairing, about 40% complete.

Hopefully I will have a chin fairing in a couple of weeks to take a mold from.

Started prepping a TLR stock belly pan to pull a mold (not like anyone here wants a CF one).

I'm gonna want a rear solo seat for an 89 gs as soon as I scrape up the money. Do you need lead time? Do you need cash up front? Is the cf seat still 150 bucks? Thanks John

I am planning on making some extra parts to have on hand, especially the race seat cowls. If I do not have the part already made then I will need 1-2 weeks to make one. Payment is not needed until it is ready to be shipped. Yes the price is correct.

is a 89-00 seat cowl in the works? it wasn't listed on the "future projects" list. i guess it's just wishful thinking on my part. but literally, i would  :guns:  someone for a CF seat cowl for my 98. ah well...

As I have been making the master for the lower of the full fairing set, I have been thinking that I could use part of that design to make a chin fairing from. I just never have enough time.....

I'm actually not going to use it...There are 3 complete mounting brackets, but one is broke, and I'm not too keen on taking on another project for my bike right now.  If you want it, I can ship it to you, you pay shipping and it's yours with the brackets and everything.  PM me if you are interested, otherwise, I'll get picts of it out to you by the end of this week.  Got school every night after work until Friday, so it might be Friday before I can get picts up on my yahoo site.  I'll post here again when I get them up.
