Sorry but I have been sick the past 2 weeks, so not much has been done.

I updated the list with the latest status on available mold and prices.

Hopefully I will have a mold for the GS chin fairing very soon. I should have a part to work with this week.

New molds would have to be made. These parts are vacuum bagged. Do you have access to injection molding?

Does the GP race tail need anything to be mounted on the subframe?  Do they come primered or bare?  Any thoughts on a GS500 belly plastic?  How are the GS500 tanks coming along, will the 01+ fit on an 89 frame?  

I'm interested in buying atleast a GP tail in the next month or two.

The GP tails will come with hardware. There is a bracket that bolts to the subframe where the seat latch mounts.

They will come bare, not primered. I do not have the resources for painting or clearcoating yet.

I am working on a lower for the existing upper, which I may be able to make a belly pan mold from. I do have a belly pan on my bike now but it has been repaired to many times to make a good looking mold from.

I have not touched the gas tanks and not sure if I will.

The 01+ tail is designed to fit the contour of the 01+ tank but will fit the 89-00 frame. I have not made a part (or even the mold) to see if it is even possible to fit against the 89-00 tank.

Not yet. I still need to pull a mold off of the master.

Actually, I have been spending most of my time finishing the master of the lower for the full fairing since it is owed to a previous buyer. Plus I want it on my bike too.

01+ race tail...there are a few small areas that I keep trying to fix. I may start to prep the master this sunday to pull a mold next week.

Lower...just few area to finish. Should be able to prep it near the end of next week to make the mold.

chin fairing...going to use the lower master to make a mold from. Might as well make my own design.
