First long ride... question?

I am taking my first long ride and its a doozey 400 miles but I'm in no hurry so its gonna be a nice slow trip. I just noticed that vibration had loosened all my ft fender screws to just finger tight...what other important nuts/bolts should I check before I head out? Also it had an oil change 400 miels ago and I just lubed teeh chain 20 miles ago anything else I really need to chceck before heading out?

I rode 320 on saturday  installed a tire on wed and I rode 270 on thursday....
oil is fine...check it when you fill up

Don't forget the usual tire pressure and stuff...
