I searched. I really did. Lots of rejetting posts. Lots of Yoshimura. But not that many of both.
Does Youshimura call for 40/125 and pods? Does it have to be pods?

I would suggest this filter.

According to the chart on the wiki, with that filter and the exhaust you would want to use 150 mains, 40 pilots, 2 washers under the needle, and 3 turns out on the mixture screw.

Perhaps I don't know how to read that table, but first of all I don't even see the line for Yoshi exhaust.

According to the table, V&H(f) with UniF calls for 40/127.5, 2 washers, 3 tunrs.

I don't know if the the recommendation for V&H translates directly for Yoshi though.

The table is somewhat confusing... basically you want to rejet for a full exhaust, which would be the  'V&H(s)' or the upper end of 'perf', and which ever filter you decide to use.  The one I suggested would be the best performance increase and is described as 'K&N(s)'.  Going with that filter, I'd say your best bet would be the bottom row in that chart.

V&H(s) is 'full'? I thought that 's' stands for 'slip on' and 'f' would be 'full'

BTW, I already ordered that K&N you suggested. Thanks.

Hmmm... I didn't even notice that.  I think you're right, but that line is also using the stock airbox, which is why it's only a 127.5 main.  Go with the line that says 'perf' exhaust then with 150 mains.  From what I've read, 150 mains with a lunchbox filter and a slipon is kinda rich up top, so you should be fine with that jetting and a full exhaust.  All in all, exhaust makes very little difference compared to the filter.

Maybe someone else can say better.

This person used 40/150 on full Yoshi and reported that it runs on the rich side - http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=10926.0

So I though that maybe I should order few different sizes and experiment.
Say, a couple of 150s, 142.5 and 137.5? They are $3.50 at Sudco, so I will be, effectively, throwing away $14 on the pair that doesn't end up being used, but buying the limited freedom of experimentation.
