I LOVED riding in the light rain!!!  WOOT!!!  Everyone thought I was crazy, but why can't they understand the joy of it.

I intentionally left a half hour early at 9pm and rode around for a good 45 minutes in the rain.  A couple cute girls in the car next to me at a light looked at me and smiled (they wouldn't have smiled if I didn't have my helmet on .)

AMEN. I wish I could go back it time and tell myself to jsut suck it up and say SOMETHING to all the ladies who seemed to be interested in me, and vice versa. I just recently grew a pair of balls, and not to say I'm a player, cause I ain't, but I have quite a few options available to me that would not have been available to the me of just a year or so ago. So just suck it up and chat'em up, I can almost guarantee it won't be as bad as you think it will be.

I've learned that after a while, rejection doesn't even hurt. You get used to it. And THAT is when it starts making a big difference. As soon as you get over the fear of rejection then you're instantly more confident in yourself and your abilities, and that is what is attractive to a lady.

screw that...it's all fun.  Especially with 3 times the power most of you guys are putting down.  There's a benefit to those little skinny tires you get...180's can hydroplane.  It makes it all interesting, though, and I love riding in inclement weather...do most of my riding in it, actually.

After that I thought I'd never feel anything ever again.

wooden blades that size can't do too much harm until they get about 200~150rpm...then you just sit there until it stops because the gyro effect will pull you into the rotor if you try and turn it.  Plus I didn't have anything to mount it on at the time.
