Has anyone ordered from these guys?

I'm looking at some Icon gloves and a tank bag that they sell for about 20% below MSRP. I'd send my business their way, but will pay MSRP for good customer service.

Yes I have. I bought a Ladies' Teknic leather jkt from them about a month ago. FANTASTIC customer service! Excellent price! I did ALOT of research on this jkt and the price and they were 50 to 100 dollars LESS than all other sites I went to. (No store near me in MA or RI had this jkt for me to try on, so I was chancing that the size would fit me.)

I think a lot of club racers order stuff from them.  I don't recall hearing any complaints on the race forums.

I've been poking around custserv reviews and they get above standard ratings from customer feedback. Wanted some first hand reviews too though.

Now to give a call and check stock and backorders. Icon greatly underestimated the demand for the Tarmac glove, so I'm hoping that Kneedraggers still has them in stock.

I almost ordered my TiMax there but ended up getting them from newenough.com since I already had an order in there and it was only about $10 differance. A friend at work has ordered a chain through them and didn't have any problems.
