idle question

hey when i go into neutral the bike revs up like the choke is on.
then it steadily goes back to normal idle which is a little high at 1500.

it only does it when the bike is warmed up after about 10 minutes of riding.

mine used to do that too, i just adjusted the idle, fallow these steps, i did and it worked.
