Anyone know what kind of bolts I need to replace the studs? Thanks.

6mm X 1.00

Wouldn't recommend it though, screwing and unscrewing things in aluminum is not a good idea, the threads will wear out over time

Yep.  Plus, if you do happen to over torque the bolt you'll be doing a heli-coil for sure. 
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?
