help with old movie title...

It's an old barbarian movie...don't know how old...it's about twins who are built up all badass.  Only scenes I can remember are:

"People" capture the twins and try to hang them...they just laugh and the tree branch breaks or something...and I remember them flexing their necks and the nooses breaking.

They're trying to kill a dragon or monster or something and they end up hiding in a hole and stabbing it as it walked over them.  I remember a bunch of guts and shaZam! falling out all over them and then they climed up inside and found someone they knew.

Been trying to remember the name of this movie all week...

I consider anything made more than 5 years ago "old"...no it's not really an old flick, but I really did think it was much older than that.
