What's up fellas.  Been lurking for a year or so, just started posting recently.  Just realized I hadn't introduced myself.

I'm JT.  I'm 28.  I'm a veterinarian from Pittsburgh, PA area.  Lived in St. Louis for  a while, currently in Knoxville, TN, soon to be living west of Chicago.

What a small world.  I'm Mark.  I'm 28.  I'm a veteran (sorta) from St. Louis originally and currently live in Naperville (which is also west of Chicago).  Welcome aboard.

Names Matt 27, new pittsburgher here!!! actually bridgeville. Just bought my bike '06 black/gray. It was a dealer buy back because it had a nasty oil leak and was all fixed. Picked her up from a dealership for 3000 with only 1200 miles on it. Anyway first time rider, first bike, already signed up for the safety course. Not 100% comfortable yet, but it gets much better with every ride.

Jon The Buddha

Hey Gang!

I'm Jon...I live in Oklahoma City.  Just bought a '04 GS500F from a guy where I work.  I wasn't exactly looking for a bike, but it was a set of circumstanses that just kinda fell my way.

My last two bikes were a  '04 SV650S and a '06 VStrom 650, so I am a long time Suzuki fan (especially of that great v-twin those bikes share).  I sold those after my twins were born...partly because I didn't have much time to ride (as you can imagine), and partly because I didn't want to leave them Dad-less due to some cell-phone-talking, cheeseburger-eating, distracted cager  ;).

I really missed the riding, so when this opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it.  REAALLLLY suprised how much I am liking this bike!  I'm actually not missing the extra power of the SV (yet), and find this bike much more fun to jaunt around on!  I love it!!!  :thumb:

Looking forward to getting settled back in to a good motorcycle forum, and this one seems like a good one.  I'll be around to give some shots, and happily take a few in return.....so where do the cool kids hang out around here?!?!  :icon_twisted:

Safe riding, everyone!

I'm a 20yr/old new street rider...Most of my experience involves dirt bikes growing up, however; I just completed the MSF course in Kansas City about a week ago. I just purchased an 06 gs 500F and I'm looking forward to posting.
Right now I'm working in Springfield MO trying to make money before I return to school in Indiana in the fall.
I'll put of pictures tomorrow. The bike has a custom red paint job (previous owner)- a little bit unique.

Hi guys! This is astroaru. I am attending grad school. This is my second motor bike and I love it bigtime. Thanks for this great forum with all the great people who are always full of advices.

Apart from motorbiking, I also dig some photography and cooking

Happy and safe riding!

Chokstick

Salutations. 28 year old male from Vancouver Island, British Columbia.  Have a 07 GS.  Its my first bike, and I'm loving it.  Got it last spring and can't wait to tinker with it.  I make my living as a cop *cringe*.  I have to admit that I've handed out speeding tickets to fellow riders, but they were going really fast!!  Seen enough fatal motorcycle accidents to justify it though.  New to the forum, and its been great so far.  Happy riding.  :thumb:

Big Lou

Im Kyle (aka Big Lou) originally from just north of dallas, but haved moved around a bit.  Lived in missouri for a while, the central texas, then did a year in Kuwait (army'll do that to ya), and am now in western louisiana.  just bought an 08 gs500f and am loving it.  Also have a '75 HD super glide, but wanted to get comfortable on something smaller.  Got the Harley for free, so most certainly couldn't turn it down b/c of limited experience. Been searching through the forum here for a coupla months after deciding to get the bike, but just recently started posting.  Mucho questions on the way, so allow me to apologize in advance for my ignorance.
