No, the Buddha is being a sloth about putting this together But I'm assuming its because of parts being scarce.

No parts needed. Running GS carbs, custom pipes to clear the frame and all the rest is GS. In fact I doubt any of the stock parts of the GR were even different from the GS450 which basically was just upgraded into the 500. Anyway, parts are not scarce, weather, time etc are.

Look carefully, GR motor and kat FE in that bike.
Its actually just a wee bit further along. Got carbs on it, found out airbox does fit however It will hit the underside of the tank. A lot. That was it. I can have it running in under 1 day and possibly be ride away condition in another few hours, if only the job that is sucking the life out of me and the weather that has teamed up with Al Bore's lies will part ways. Yea ... glad to be working, yea ... who'd ahve thunk, in the worst recession in a 100 years I'd be employed, cos even in the boom I was unemployed 50% in some years.

Assuming you're talking about my bike...it's what came with it.  It'll be abandoned at some point but, since it works quite well and allows me about 50 miles after my stator dies, it'll be staying until I'm comfortable with the damn generator.

I'll post a couple more pics tonight...I got all the dust and oil off her...she kind of gives me a hard on...almost as much as kalee...
