Got a group of mixed riders (sportbike's and harleys) heading to Prescott by way of Wickenburg if you have nothing to do!

PM me if you're interested or just show up!

Oh and everyone else is invited if you can make it!

I bet that ride is amazing on a bike!  I've done it in cars a couple times, but I couldn't imagine a prettier ride!

I had no idea there was any change in sprockets from 89-present!  I thought except for the fairing, some electronics, and reshaped bodywork and tank the bike was the same.
V&H pipes, K&N drop-in, seat by KnoPlace.com, 17/39 sprockets, matching grips, fenderectomy, short signals, new mirrors - 10 scariest words: "I'm here from the government and I'm here to help!"

I may be wrong on the year...but it was definitely the wrong one, wouldn't even be able to hammer it on the spindle.  The inside teeth were too fat to fit.

but now as I peruse JT's website I am thouroughly confused....the one they sent me was JT 516-15 and it definitely wouldn't fit, so I had them send me a 565-15.  Guess I will find out tomorrow night if I am crazy and unfit to live in the world.

They changed the front sprocket and the front brakes too. They also added an oil cooler and changed the seat to fit the new tank... I'm trying to think of other stuff. I think there are a few variants of the petcock, although they all work the same. The ignition pickups changed. That's all I can think of off the top of my head, but there could be more...

and they changed the kickstand too, and changed them again.  There are at least three different types!  Why they felt that was necessary instead of changing something that actually mattered, I don't know.
