Will these fit an 07 GS500F without modification? If so, I'm interested.

Do a search I believe some on fitted them on a 04+ but they had to bend the bars slightly to give clearance to the tank.
Current project:
Mmotos full body kit (YOU DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... READ MY THREAD BOOT STATE UPDATE)
K&N Lunchbox
Buddah's jets
CBR F2 rearsets
Ducati pass pegs (Modified)
Kat rear wheel
Carbon Fiber Exhaust Can, possibly shortened and relocated
And so on......

correct!..i have to bend the bars 15 degrees outward so i can have clearance to the tank.

Thanks everyone. I dunno how I'd bend a handle.  I guess this isnt' for me. I'll probably look into getting the SM2 bars instead.

Thanks everyone. I dunno how I'd bend a handle.  I guess this isnt' for me. I'll probably look into getting the SM2 bars instead.

I have in the past bent them with a pipe bender. I also bend them in 24 inch sections, like mark the center, bend 2 inch on either side of that center amd then cut @ the center.
However my bender died, and I ended up with no way to bend em.
If you have the $ for it, 25 bucks, I'll attempt to bend it some other way ... or try to borrow one.
Once the damn thing is cut, you cannot bend it, it does not give you enough grip area to be able to catch it and bend it without the end of the pipe caving in. Unless you stuff a solid 2 inch slug in there and tack it up. Which is actually not as hard as it sounds.
Cool.
Buddha.
