HD reflectors for GS forks: I could swear there was a post but I cannot find it.

Not too long ago (as my brain recalls it) there was a post mentioning a front reflector replacement option which was some stock Harley reflectors that were inexpensive ($6 each or $6 pair) and stuck (adhesive back) onto the fork lowers. I thought, moderately interesting, I'll come back and see about this. Some specific model (of course) of HD was involved. They were left and right specific.

I've been searching for half an hour and I cannot find it...WTF? "Reflector" doesn't bring it up, "harley" and "HD" don't bring it up, "fork reflector" doesn't bring it up, "upgrades" (which I thought was part of the thread title) doesn't bring it up... pair... left and right... peel... adhesive... sticky...

:cookoo:

Has the search got some random holes, or did I imagine the entire post?

You can also find some at Wal-Mart or Tractor Supply or other stores that carry accessories for towing.  They will have a small section of trailer lighting and reflectors.

Generic trailer reflectors are not the point - these ones actually looked decent. And I'm missing the brackets, so the stick-on application is a good thing. I'm just amazed that nothing I search on seems to bring it up.
