Hi there,
Actually, shipping forks is not too bad.
I've had a set of GS500 fork legs shipped to me and I've shipped a set out to someone else through the USPS.
Use one of the Priority Mail three-sided long tubes (they are free for Priority Mail customers). Wrap each leg in bubble wrap, put them inside the tube (put one leg in bottom first and the other leg in top first and they will both fit).
Shipping should be about $24 from east coast to west coast.
It works well.
Good luck.
Yours,

I saw someone made an offer on the front brake lever. Did that go through? I'm looking for the set of both levers, but it would depend on what kind of condition they were in as far as how much. I don't need the brackets that hold them on the bars or anything, just the actual silver part.
