reckon its a case of you 'may have to' ... with some bikes who knows whats been adjusted this way or that way by a previous owner or mechanic?...

and each bike in different countries with slightly different fuels/weather-temps etc .. is going to behave a little differently too...

of course if you had yours dialed in pretty neat before a filter change then it might have been within the acceptable difference range too!!

bargain!!  :thumb:

Only if you like LOUD bikes lol
And be prepared to rejet if you install the lunchbox :cookoo: I didnt and my bike runs fantastic but everyone says you have to?
What if you're already jetted for a full exhaust and K&N drop-in? Would I have to rejet if I add the lunchbox? I like me some intake noises.

If you are already tuned in for the K&N drop in I would think you would be ok for the Lunchbox.

I am not interested in anything you have to say

Finally fixed the transmission cover on my bike, filled her up with oil, and took her on a long deserving ride

Converted entire dash/guages to leds. Used t10 7 leds for the oil, neutral, and turn indicator and used a single led for my high beam indicator. Guages have radial leds.

It's running so well right now, not sure if I want to fiddle with it just for some more intake noise. If it ain't broke don't fix it sorta thing.

If a used one comes up for cheap I might grab it.

Did a 3-point clutch adjustment and closed the idle screws half a turn. Wanted to take it for a ride today, but it has been raining all day.

I have to look into doing this soon as well.

I bought all mine from this guy excluding the gauge lights which i got from china. They're loads cheaper than superbrighteds and it took a whopping 3 days to get to me from cali (i live in nj). They needed no modifications, just plug and play and the turn signal works just fine too

I changed out the hoses and fuel switch tonight.

Today I checked my oil. It needed a little bit. I always keep oil full. It is sad motorcycle does not have oil window but oilstick is OK I suppose. And I checked my air pressure in my tires. The air pressure was OK. I like to keep my air at high pressure like 40 in back and 35 in front tire. Sometimes I put 40 in front but then it is too hard for me. And I put some oil on my chain. I use 40sae oil on my chain. Do you think that is OK for Australia? Some of my friends at uni use a white grease for their chain. Is that good too? Also I tightened the bolt on my headlamp right side because it had got loose. Then I went to Miranda to get some things. Next week I will take off NSW registration paper holder because we do not need that anymore but I have to buy new tool to get number plate bolts off. I was going to use pliers but I am worried that bolt will be damaged.

Bobber style is fun and I was doing that for a while, but I'm using a sv650 tail at the moment. I made it so I could bolt on or off the oem sv650 subframe.
