I think JB will back me up here, you would get a lot more for your bike if it had some nice rim tape.

And a bent fork will totally cause brake squeal, and in fact can wear and break rotors in short order. That could be somehting you may want to point out to the buyer.

are the cables for the gauges loose where they screw on at the base? put some wd40 in there.

down here a bike like that would be asking 1500(sell 1-1.2k), IF the fork was not bent.
