Can anyone recommend where to buy levers for a GS. I looking for black (not stock) and I can't seem to find anything.

I have an 06 GS 500F. Live in southern Ontario.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should search for "levers" instead.
As in brake levers?
For the handlebar controls?
Yes, those are levers.
Maybe that's why your searches aren't finding them.
:)
Good luck. :)

Thanks for an absolutely useless reply.

Well, a search for "black levers" leads to an old post with some good information if you really read through it and read the wiki, and maybe the FAQ as well.  '89 levers were black.  Further reading will reveal that some years had adjustable brake levers.  Reading further will reveal that the brake lever is interchangeable with many other bikes, but the clutch lever is unique to the GS500.

Hi again Neptonic,

Wow, some manners!
Actually, it wasn't a "useless reply."
You've posted four whole messages on this site. Take it easy, man. :)
And you did write in your original post (before you edited and corrected it) that you were looking for "leavers" for your bike, which you initially spelled incorrectly.
If you searched for "leavers," it is unlikely that you'd find what you were seeking.
So, I merely pointed that out.
I was trying to be helpful and add some levity to your search.
I hope you find some black levers somewhere.

Good luck,

I just painted mine this weekend..... and already have a chip  I think a bunch more coats are needed and plenty of time to dry. Maybe thats a good option.

What was Adidasguy final result????

I read the thread but did not find a part number for the clutch cable or levers????

Thanks for the help.

The ASV brake lever is BRC-520K and I didn't see a PN for the the Clutch.

They look nice and something to consider.

Thanks again.

I've ridden Junior (Adidasguy's bike) and the ASV leavers are really nice.  If it didn't double the cost of my bike I would buy some!
