fenders front has those scratches back is cut so $20 each
rear wheel w/ rotor and tire $50
front wheel $25
Forks (good shape except some pitting up by triples outside of travel range, no leaks as of october ride) $75
rear master cylinder $20
full exhaust $45
rear footpegs $5 each
front pegs with brackets $15 each
Brake shield left and right $20
carbs and boots $150
motor $400
full triples w/bar mount $75
airbox free
shock w/linkage $40
swingarm $10
chain w/ sprockets $20  chain looks rough from when it sat but moves freely. it was a shiny brand new D.I.D. o-ring chain when i left last year. Figure with the sprocket set someone could get some use from these.

I'll take the clutch switch if you've still got it and it works.

may be interested in exhaust, would u cut it tho? only need the can.

sickboy57

motor sold. yeah i can cut the exhaust for ya.

I have had a terrible experience with this forum for the most part so far. Accusations first, now I've sold the motor to a member through ebay. He came to pick it up locally, helped remove it and now wants the money back without bringing the motor back because he cant get the exhaust bolts out of it. I like to see this stuff used but for all the trouble i should have kept it. Im moving now and i think the rest will end up scrapped. I guess if anyone wants it locally they can have it for scrap prices, just make it easy I am done with all the inconveniences.

I can empathize with your troubles... but a little forward thinking always helps.
For example, when making an offer of this stuff "locally", it always helps to mention Where You Are.

hate to hear about having trouble's with parting out. although dealing with buyers is part of it. make sure you give any and all info upfront and straight forward. if the buyer didn't know about the seized header bolts that is a major bit of info you should have told him. if you told him, its on him for buying(part of buying used parts)

hope the rest of the part out goes ok, if you do decide to continue.

@ philB - if you take some time to look for the info you would find it. in the first post of this thread he states his zip code..
if yer binders ain't squeakin, you ain't tweakin!

Yeah locally would be newark ohio. Its been frustrating. The header bolts i had no idea about because i left it in condition to be able to run the motor for potential buyers. Halfway through pulling the motor he decided to go have lunch while i finished which was no problem. So when i got it out i tried em and they didnt seem to wanna go easy so i called him and told id just be cutting the exhaust off my cheapo allens were just flexing on it. He seemed to have no problem. I think what has happened is hes tried to drill them and damaged the head. I guess he does have to return it to get a refund but if it is returned damaged its gonna be a colossal headache. Oh well. Anyhow yeah ill be gettin rid of the rest at scrap rate as a whole or ill be taking it to scrap this weekend.  I'll be off with the army on the 28th and when I come back I'll be in a new house with new furniture so hopefully i can get down to things the 100lb girlfriend can carry.
