FS: 01+ Intake Manifolds/Boots

One set of 01 plus intake manifolds.  These are in great shape.  They will not work with my early model carbs.

Odd - I recall that carb to engine is the same. Airbox to carb changed. Unless the 01-02 carbs are radically different from the 89-00 and 2004+

My 95 carbs wouldn't "snap" in to the raised ring on the inside of the manifolds.  So I posted this.

They will work, but it is definitely looser.  (they are shallower than the old style)  I have the newer style that I got from Adi, and I have to check them after I run the bike hard, or in higher RPMs, as they will rock loose.  In fact, I've had them jump off twice on me..  I really should look for some of the older ones.

I'll check my parts bins. I think there are some on a spare header. I'll check.

I can swap you some carb boots - old for newer. There is an extra set on a spare head. I plan to be using newer carbs on projects since I have so many sets of carbs laying around.
