Yeah this pub was Belgian, most beers were Belgian or German. Awesome beer too.

So... how about Reschs Pilsner or Coopers range?

Resch's pilsener is okay but their draught is nicer, problem is you can't buy it in bottles. only available on tap. Coopers is top notch! Sparkling ale is my favourite from them... I love beer.  :D

slipperymongoose

Must get some coopers n try it. Everyone seems to love it

It's very strong and quite bitter. But one of the best around, and the brewery is still family owned too which is always good to see.

slipperymongoose

Yeah I remember the ads from a few years back. Another weigh in Tommorow, wonder how much I've dropped. Personally I'm not confident but ya never know.

Wouldn't worry about .5 bud .... Body can change a kilo or more from morning to night ... Just with fluid intake etc ...

slipperymongoose

That was as soon as I woke up after the morning piss that's how i always weighed myself cause I would have a mostly empty stomach and empty bladder bowel however lets not go there.

Yeah .... Still same ... Unless you in a 'biggest loser' style competition ... .5 is nothing to worry about ... You could weigh tmw morning and be 1kg lower kinda thing ...

I know you not 'supposed' to for weight loss ... 'Weigh in once a week so you don't get the fluctuations' .... But I often weigh myself every morning for 3 or 4 days ... Just so I am familiar with the overall position I'm in ... And to know what kinda fluctuations I get .... I can also weigh up to 3kilo ish more of a night .... But it's gone again next morning....

As I say .... Don't be beating yourself up or going extreme this week to compensate!! ...

Just stick to your normal program and let it work .... You start going all hardcore and you are likely to get MORE YO-YO effects later

slipperymongoose

That's the thing, I know staying the course. But of a setback but keep on it. Now to keep

Slips you silly boy...
Everybody knows that a Kerosene enema once each morning is the secrete to stable weight loss.
