And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

yeah ... i remember unloading furniture at different times up there.... roasting hot and humid! ... empty the truck and jump in the saddle to come back home... freeway like a lake from the sudden rain... mobs of cars broken at the side of the road because the cant remember the day befores downpour and drowned it!! ... or from ormeau to tweed at 20kph because some muppet gassed it and aquaplaned into something solid on the freeway edge....

was nice and cool on the sunburnt arm hanging out the window though!!  :D

if they waiting around it'll likely be all the pre trial stuff in the courtroom ... no jury present .. and at some point the judge will ask for a plea ... if the plea is guilty then it goes straight to sentencing and the jury goes home ... if plea is not guilty then the potential jurors get let in and 'sorted/qualified/disqualified' ..... THEN ... the trial can actually start and the cases be heard ... usually ...

the food/drink is usually really basic during the pre trial stuff ... only once you get accepted and its more than 1 day is there a more reasonable 'picnic basket' or depending on the trial vouchers/cash to go get lunch etc outside ... and be paid much for being away from your job ... if its a guilty plea and no actual duty then you likely get travel compensation and not much else...

There are over 150 of us to choose from for various trials. There is cable TV, magazines, free coffee, and a ton of characters with a story to tell.
