I still couldn't do the cruiser thing... although I do like the torque on tap of a big V Twin...
There are some who feel a Ninja 250 (in the right hands) is the fastest bike on the planet.
That's completely unrelated to this thread but I just wanted to get that out there.  :whisper:

And while I'm double posting here. . .

Be warned... My 49cc moped (with a top speed of 32MPH) can kick some serious ass too.  :2guns:

Little bikes can often provide the most fun  :thumb:

I still need a big Kat but there enough guys on big Kats that like to swap to have some fun on my little 450 that it keeps a smile on my dial  ;)

Last night I took a ride on my GS for the first time in at least 6 months. It felt really good.
I have been riding a Vstrom 1000 which is such a different animal. The GS just makes me smile. I don't think I can sell it.

ShowBizWolf

I would be miserable without my GS

Welcome to my world Blue...

1.) I ride when I can fit it in, and that's almost never.  :icon_neutral:
2.) I have a pristine DL1000K6 with about 48,000 miles on the odo.
3.) I "Had" an 07 GS500F that I sold to make room for the Vee, the Harley, and my kid's WR250R. The GS was indeed "fun" but a little small for my 6'3" body.
What year is your DL1000?
Are you on Stromtrooper.com forum?
And... Why would an up-scale, world-touring, Vee rider wander down here to our humble little poor-mans, LPW forum? :dunno_black:

Hahahah

Coz the GS' are addictive... that's why!!! I don't see me ever parting with my wee 450 at this stage... maybe if it died... but then I'd likely just rebuilt it again... bigger... stronger... hahahaha

So that repulsive crap is not limited to the people here in the New York metro area?
I have seen leopard skin paint jobs on Busa's here in Jersey. All tricked out and gaudy as all hell.

Thanks for that verbal description of the Busa Janks. It was spot-on perfect.
