I now have some stainless steel rivets I can use to get the rear inner guard/tray mounted up so hopefully I can finish up the not quite right bends and get it in place. Then I can work out the rear mount to support it, and then I can work out correct placement of the tail light and the correct length/location for the rear mudguard and license plate mount...

And yep there'll be pic's as I go as always  :thumb:

As promised...

There's about a 5mm gap between the rear of the tray and where the tail light needs to sit which should be pretty much spot on for some rubber I have here so I can reduce the vibes to the light.

I need to trim the angles at the front so it meets the front inner guard nicely, then I can drill the holes to attach those two together.

I also need to get the support bracket done for the rear. I think I'll use the 3mm plate I have here which is a bit of overkill but I don't want to risk vibes and cracking with anything too light.

Wtf is it with Yankees and credit scores? Its like only 1 step below the bible!??

Or is it just me with self created long term and difficult to fix debt issues that doesn't really give a feck about credit scores ?! I have a null score so far... positives and negatives have cancelled each other out!

peteGS

Well... you just lost me... NFI what that means??? Although I do seem to recall to have a good credit history you need to actually have a loan or something at some point and keep the payments up to date... having no loans is just almost as bad as having bad debt... I think...

Only a fool turns away from a lady that lovely.
Only a fool rides a bike with a tire that wide on a swing-arm that long. . . Its turning radius is "no".
