Why my life sucks

I have a renter that is $1400 behind on the rent, and two weeks away from being $2400 behind.  I am broke and this turd things I owe him charity because he has a newborn child and a wife that needs a place to live.

Please somebody come find me and kill me.  Because I have 2 houses somehow I am privileged enough to be able to carry dead weight around on my shoulders....  Ya know because I'm rich.  Ha.  What a laugh.  Now I'm falling behind because of this turd.  I see an eviction and a house for sale soon...

Well when you dump all their crap on the street it'll be a good time to get some free stuff! Like a slightly used entertainment system for a CRT TV that nobody uses anymore, or a half-n-half mattress. Hey, at least one side still has at least half of it free of yellow stains!

Trash their credit rating.
Garnish their wages.
Sell their kid to a sweat shop.
Sell his wife to a chinese immigration cartel
Shoot some raccoons and give them too them as a charity meal.(with a box of raccoon helper)

IMO, it always sucks to be in that position. I mean, I know deep down inside you dont want to throw them out but at the same time, you didnt agree to put yourself in that position and rent for free either.
